Meet your guide.

Hi! My name is Harleigh Dawson. I am the owner of Alpinist Mental Health, LLC in Portland, Maine and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

I created the space to provide accessible, welcoming care to adults experiencing adversities that interfere with their ability to live the life they want, or just wanting a space to process the chaos of the world we live in. I welcome all to my practice, but specialize in working with women and their mental, sexual and reproductive health, relational trauma and boundaries and perinatal/postpartum experiences as well as with the LGBTQIA+ population. I also specialize in working with individuals experiencing athletic, occupational and academic performance issues.
